Your profile:
- You have successfully completed a university/technical college degree in the field of architecture or civil engineering or a comparable education
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in tendering/awarding or in construction management
- You have good knowledge of current public procurement law, the VOB and relevant technical and official regulations
- You are experienced in dealing with AVA programs
- You show a committed, independent and reliable way of working as well as good communication skills
Your tasks with us:
- Supervision and handling of construction projects from planning to completion
- Detailed project review to schedule results and estimate costs
- Supervise all onsite and offsite work to ensure compliance with building and safety codes
- Coordinating and guiding construction workers and subcontractors
- Compliance with the contractual performance conditions
- Negotiating contract terms, drafting contracts, and obtaining permits and licenses
