Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a university/technical college degree in the field of architecture or civil engineering or a comparable education
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in tendering/awarding or in construction management
• You have good knowledge of current public procurement law, the VOB and relevant technical and official regulations
• You are experienced in dealing with AVA programs
• You show a committed, independent and reliable way of working as well as good communication skills

Your tasks with us:

• Supervision and handling of construction projects from planning to completion
• Detailed project review to schedule results and estimate costs
• Supervise all onsite and offsite work to ensure compliance with building and safety codes
• Coordinating and guiding construction workers and subcontractors
• Compliance with the contractual performance conditions
• Negotiating contract terms, drafting contracts, and obtaining permits and licenses
