Your profile:
- A successfully completed degree in architecture
- Building permit according to LBO
- Professional experience in the construction industry
- Good knowledge of building law and VOB, as well as building regulations and technical rules
- You have a high degree of care, reliability, commitment and dedication
- You are flexible, resilient and independent
- Willingness to travel or work on local projects
- Very good German language skills
- Enjoyment of exchanging ideas with all project participants
Your tasks:
- Independent project management of new construction or revitalization projects for residential and commercial buildings
- Management and control of projects through all project phases of the HOAI
- Coordination of all project participants, specialist planners, authorities and construction companies
- Creation of drawings and plans
- Monitoring of financial and schedule structures within the framework of project and cost control
- Creation, continuation and control of project business plans
- Creation of subcontractor contracts and construction performance descriptions
