Management assistant (m/f/d)

We are looking for a reliable and motivated management assistant for our location in Herrenberg or Neu-Isenburg. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, excellent communication skills and a high level of service orientation.

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Work experience in a comparable position
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Very good MS-Office skills
  • High flexibility
  • Distinct service orientation and ability to work in a team

In addition, the candidate should be able to speak English very well, as she will also be on call to accompany the Managing Director on his appointments in Germany. A high degree of flexibility and mobility is required here.

Your tasks:

  • Supporting the managing director/location manager in his daily tasks
  • Planning and organizing meetings, conferences and events
  • Coordination of travel and accommodation
  • Managing documents and files
  • Maintaining contacts with customers and business partners
  • Supporting tasks in project development and property planning
