Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Work experience in a comparable position
- Very good written and spoken English
- Very good MS-Office skills
- High flexibility
- Distinct service orientation and ability to work in a team
In addition, the candidate should be able to speak English very well, as she will also be on call to accompany the Managing Director on his appointments in Germany. A high degree of flexibility and mobility is required here.
Your tasks:
- Supporting the managing director/location manager in his daily tasks
- Planning and organizing meetings, conferences and events
- Coordination of travel and accommodation
- Managing documents and files
- Maintaining contacts with customers and business partners
- Supporting tasks in project development and property planning
