HR assistant (m/f/d)

We are looking for a reliable assistant for our HR department at our location in Herrenberg. In this position, you will support our HR team with all administrative tasks and thus help to ensure that our HR work runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • First experience in the field of human resources or administration desirable
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications
  • Good written and spoken German, English language skills desirable
  • Ability to communicate and persuade
  • Ability to deal with conflict
  • Negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking

Your tasks:

  • Maintenance of the personnel database
  • Coordination of appointments with employees and applicants
  • Support with recruitment
  • Preparation of application and employment interviews
  • Organization of training courses
  • Preparation of references
  • Conducting employee interviews
  • General administrative support of the HR department
