In the Munich district of Bogenhausen, Ozean Group GmbH is building a property with a total living space of around 950 square meters. The property is located in the midst of an upscale neighborhood in a beautiful, quiet location surrounded by nature. Located in the northeastern part of Munich, Bogenhausen stretches from the city center to the city limits and includes eight neighborhoods. The district is characterized by famous old villas from the founding period and some parks that invite you to linger and relax. The building permit for our construction project in Bogenhausen has already been granted and the final planning phase has been initiated. According to the current status, the construction of a residential building with eight residential units, which will contain 2 to 5 rooms, is planned. The house itself as well as the apartments will be of a high standard and exclusive equipment.
