Im Sommer 2022 erwarb die Ozean Group das rund 9 ha gro\u00dfe ehemalige IBM Gel\u00e4nde in Ehningen. Durch die Lage in unmittelbarer N\u00e4he zu Stuttgart mit direktem Anschluss an die A 81, ist Ehningen ein hervorragender Wirtschaftsstandort. Das Ballungsgebiet Stuttgart geh\u00f6rt zu den f\u00fchrenden Wirtschaftsstandorten in ganz Europa. Big Player und mittelst\u00e4ndische qualit\u00e4tsbewusste Industrieunternehmen der Automobil- und Technologiebranche sind hier angesiedelt und exportieren ihr Experten-Know-how weit \u00fcber die bundesdeutschen Grenzen hinaus. Genau hier m\u00f6chten wir voraussichtlich mit unserem Projekt vor Ort ankn\u00fcpfen. Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fraunhofer IAO und deren wissenschaftlich gest\u00fctzter Forschung soll auf dem Gebiet ein Wohn-Tech Campus entstehen. Derzeit in Planung ist somit ein urbanes Gebiet, welches eine gemischte Nutzung aus Gewerbe und Wohnen aufweist. Auch in Ehningen liegt unser Fokus auf dem Ausbau der Infrastruktur und dem positiven Beitrag zur Gemeindeentwicklung. Stuttgart, September 14th, 2022 \u2013 A lot has happened in our company this week. Among other things, our representative of the Ozean Group GmbH, Vasco Kienle, was at the State Ministry. Together with Mr. Steffen Braun (Fraunhofer Manager iAO), Daniel Unkelh\u00e4user (Site Manager IBM), Anette Weisbecker (Fraunhofer Department of Quantum Technology), Mr. Lukas Rosengr\u00fcn (Mayor of Ehningen) and Mr. Ertner of the State Ministry, a few points were successfully awarded for the Quantum Gardens Ehningen discussed.
