We are delighted to announce that the apartments in the Bergerquartier are now ready for occupancy, and the first residents can move into their new homes. This phase marks an important milestone in our project, which was realized with great commitment and dedication. The path to this point has been particularly challenging. In addition to the effects of the coronavirus pandemic, we had to contend with a shortage of building materials , which delayed construction. Despite these adversities, we are proud to have successfully completed this project and to be able to offer the future residents modern and comfortable apartments.
Special thanks go to the local residents who showed great understanding and support during the construction phase. Their patience and cooperation were crucial to the smooth running of the construction work and helped us overcome the challenges.
