On the first floor, four fully accessible units have been built. The units range from 40 to 100 square meters in size and each includes a balcony, terrace, or private seating area, a kitchen, and a Smart-Home system. The building is heated via gas-powered underfloor heating. Additionally, there are 34 parking spaces available, some in the building’s garage with direct access to the apartments, and others in front of the building. The infrastructure for electric vehicles is already in place and can be expanded as needed. Each apartment comes with a separate basement

storage unit, and the lower floor of the building includes communal laundry and drying rooms. The shared rooftop terrace is available to all residents and offers a stunning view of the small town. For the youngest residents, a beautiful green area with a playground is located outside the building. A special feature offered, especially for seniors and residents with disabilities, is the all-inclusive service package.
