Construction work on our new apartment building in Nagold-Hochdorf began a few weeks ago. Our goal: to create modern, functional living space that meets the needs of future residents and conveys a sense of home. We want to create a home where every resident can feel completely at home—a place where comfort meets modern design . We're pleased to report that the excavation pit has already been successfully excavated, and preparations for the foundation slab are well underway. The next big step—the shell —is just around the corner and will soon take shape. 🏗️ The progress is promising, and we're thrilled with the initial results! The shell construction is expected to be completed in May 2024, after which interior work will begin immediately. The planning is designed to incorporate modern living solutions that meet current demands for comfort and sustainability . Our goal is to create an environment in which our residents not only feel at home, but also enjoy the benefits of well-thought-out and sustainable architecture.
