Bogenhausen
We recently acquired the property in Bogenhausen with a total living space of 950 m². The building permit has already been granted and the final planning phase has been initiated. As of now, 8 apartments with 2 to 5 rooms will be built here. The apartments are located in a very quiet area in the residential area of Bogenhausen. The planned completion is expected to take place at the end of 2023.
Quantum Garden Ehningen
In the summer of 2022, the OZEAN Group acquired the former 9-hectare IBM site in Ehningen. Due to its location in close proximity to Stuttgart with direct access to the A 81, Ehningen is an excellent business location. Building permit for our project in Erding
Living in Lindenpark - our new project in Erding. Here we are building a modern, light-filled residential quarter consisting of a total of four buildings with 104 residential units, which consist of 1 to 4-room apartments.
Frankfurt-Bornheim: Drywall work continues to progress
Drywall work has continued to progress on Berger Straße in Frankfurt-Bornheim. The plumbing and electrical lines have been installed, as well as the underfloor heating.

We have acquired a new property in Frankfurt and are looking forward to planning our new project "Frankfurt Westpark" with great anticipation. The first visualizations of the high-rise building are already available.
