Erding

In Erding near Munich, we are building a residential complex in solid construction with a total of four building sections and 95 underground parking spaces. The complex includes a total of 105 residential units, which are distributed across the 4- to 6-story buildings. The breakdown is as follows: Building A – 15 residential units, Building B – 17 residential units, Building C – 23 residential units, and 50 residential units in Building D. Of the 105 residential units, 73 apartments, operated by the Malteser Hilfsdienst, are offered for assisted living. In addition, a communal area as well as rooms for doctors and gymnastics are provided. The 1- to 4-room residential units range in size from 37 to 110 square meters and offer numerous design possibilities due to the intelligent room layout and abundant natural light. The upper building section is a solid flat roof construction with extensive greenery and roof terrace use. The entire residential units are comfortably equipped with triple-glazed windows and electric shutters, bathroom fittings by Duravit and Keramag, elegant parquet and tile flooring, and smart home solutions with video intercoms. The individual residential buildings are heated with a central pellet heating system with heat recovery, energy-efficient class: KfW-55 energy efficiency house according to GEG 2020, and underfloor heating in the units. Bicycle storage is available in the underground garage and outdoor area. In addition, infrastructure for electric vehicles is available.

Erding is a large district town in Upper Bavaria with around 36,500 inhabitants. Due to its central location approximately 30 kilometers northeast of Munich, the city has a lot to offer. In addition to the centuries-old city history, which still characterizes the city center with its historic buildings today, numerous green spaces and parks such as the five-hectare city park shape the image of Erding.
